The Engineering Control Structure, the tan tent, and other aspects of the multi-layered approach to public safety the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had in place during high probability operations at the 4825 Glenbrook Road cleanup effort are visible among the homes in the Spring Valley neighborhood in Washington, D.C., February 4, 2016. Public safety was the top priority at the site and with the multiple safety protocols in place, high probability operations searching for remnants of past military activity at the site resumed later that month.
