Col. Ed Chamberlayne, commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, signed a symbolic Watershed Assessment Cost-Sharing Agreement with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) to begin work on the Chesapeake Bay Comprehensive Water Resources and Restoration Plan
Col. Ed Chamberlayne, commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, signed a symbolic Watershed Assessment Cost-Sharing Agreement with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) to begin work on the Chesapeake Bay Comprehensive Water Resources and Restoration Plan (Comp plan) during a Chesapeake Bay Program Principals’ Staff Committee meeting at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Headquarters in Washington, May 26, 2016. The final cost-sharing agreement document was officially signed on July 22, 2016. Chamberlayne is a member of the Principals' Staff Committee, which acts as the policy advisors to the Chesapeake Bay Executive Council. EPA is the federal lead for the committee.
