Army Corps begins dredging 2.5 million cubic yards of material from Baltimore Harbor approach channel in VA waters
Map shows where crews under contract of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, will be dredging approximately 2.5 million cubic yards of material as part of maintenance dredging of the Cape Henry Channel in the Virginia waters of the Chesapeake Bay where shipping vessels enter the Bay en route to the Port of Baltimore.
