announce the Availability of the

First Five-Year Review Report

and the

Explanation of Significant Differences to the 2010 Decision Document

for the

Tobyhanna Artillery Range Formerly Used Defense Site

Monroe and Wayne Counties, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania

 

USACE and PADEP have completed the First Five-Year Review at the Tobyhanna Artillery Range Formerly Used Defense Site.  The review is required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act to make sure the cleanup continues to protect human health and the environment. 

The Explanation of Significant Differences document identifies changes to the remedy originally described in the Decision Document.

The Five-Year Review Report and Explanation of Significant Differences are available for public review and located in the Administrative Repository at the following location during normal business hours.
