Funded through the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Act, the Baltimore District built the Theater Readiness Maintenance Facility at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pa. The $11.9 million facility will provide automated Patriot and Hawk missile surveillance testing and recertification.
