RSFO specializes in being a full-service Property Management organization for very specific and challenging agencies throughout the federal government with the majority of the office’s business being with the DOD. However, because of their unique capabilities, more and more of their customer base is coming from other agencies. RSFO is one of the only full-service realty/project management shops in the federal government that can offer fully cleared TS/SCI personnel who understand the challenges of building secure facilities.

RSFO is fully staffed with a Contracting Branch and a Resource Management Branch that support the other branches in the office to include: Real Estate Branch with both Leasing and Facilities Management sections, and a Mission Critical Facilities Branch that handles larger MILCON construction for all of the RSFO customers. Because of the unique capabilities of the office, it is necessary to have almost all of the support services needed for day-to-day operations in house as everyone involved in those aspects needs to have the same level of security clearance as the customer base.
