Repair work in Forty Fort, Pa. continues on Dec. 12 on the Wyoming Valley Flood Risk Management System. The grader is smoothing out dirt added for strength following Tropical Storm Lee in 2011. The Corps of Engineers, in coordination with the Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority, is using its authority under PL 84-99 to repair various damages caused by the storm.
