Judd represented the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, one of several agencies and contractors with work in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) that participated in the event, and talked to students about the design and construction of facilities for the military and other customers served by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
