Jennings Randolph Lake boat ramp closed for season

Jennings Randolph Lake - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Jennings Randolph Lake has closed the Howell Run Boat Launch for the season as a result of low water levels in the lake. 

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources boat launch located on Mt. Zion Road off of Maryland State route 135 remains open for boats with trailers. For information about the Maryland DNR boat launch, call the Herrington Manor State Park at (301) 334-9180 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

As always, the Corps encourages all boaters to wear life jackets while on the lake.
