Inclement weather dates to be used for joint MDE and USACE public hearings for DNR's permit application to dredge Man O' War Shoal

BALTIMORE - Inclement weather dates will be used for joint Maryland Department of Environment and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers public hearings for the Maryland Department of Natural Resource's permit application to dredge Man O' War Shoal in the Chesapeake Bay for oyster shell. This date change is due to extreme winter weather conditions expected to impact the region in the coming days. 

The hearing previously scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, has been rescheduled to its inclement weather date of Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016. The location, Sparrows Point High School Auditorium at 7400 North Point Road in Edgemere, Maryland, and other details, will remain the same.

The hearing previously scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, has been rescheduled to its inclement weather date of Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016. The location, Governor Hall at Sailwinds Park at 200 Byrne Street in Cambridge, Maryland, and other details, will remain the same.

For both of these meetings, a poster session will begin at 6 p.m., and the public hearing will start at 7 p.m.
