U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Maryland Department of the Environment to hold public hearings on proposed Sparrows Point Container Terminal

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, in coordination with the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), is hosting joint public hearings and soliciting comments from the public regarding the application, water quality certification request, and draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Sparrows Point Container Terminal in the Port of Baltimore.
