THIS PUBLIC NOTICE CONCERNS THE COMMENT PERIOD FOR THE PROSPECTUS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A PRIVATE COMMERCIAL UMBRELLA COMPENSATORY MITIGATION BANK. AT THIS TIME, NO DECISION HAS BEEN MADE AS TO WHETHER OR NOT PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED OR THE PROPOSED BANK APPROVED.
The deadline for comments on the RES UMBI/McGill Run Mitigation Bank Prospectus has been extended to July 21, 2022.
All other aspects of Public Notice (PN 22-09) posted/sent on May 6, 2022, remain unchanged and the information is posted to the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers webpage at: (https://www.nab.usace.army.mil/Missions/Regulatory/Public-Notices/).
