The Seven Points Campground is part of the larger Seven Points Recreation Area which serves as the main hub of activity for the lake. Located in the central region of the lake between lake markers eight and nine, Seven Points offers a host of recreation opportunities all within 10-15 minutes walking distance from your campsite!

All Seven Points campsites are reservable during the peak recreation season (generally Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend). A reservation is required to occupy a campsite in Seven Points.  On-site reservations for walk-in campers are limited by site availability, Entrance Station Hours, cell-phone coverage and internet accessibility. Advanced reservations, made prior to arrival at the park, are highly recommended.

Reservations can only be made through the National Recreation Reservation Service (NRRS). Visit them online or call 1-877-444-6777. There is no cost to make a reservation, but fees do apply for changes, cancellations and no-shows. Reservations can be made as early as six months in advance of your stay and upon arrival to the park.

*Group Camp sites are available individually when not under a group reservation.

A reservation is required and payment is due upon booking for the entire camping season (early April-late October). Payment can be made online or by phone using Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. On-site reservations may be available (no guarantee) to walk-in customers and payment can be made in person by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

Golden Age/Access or America The Beautiful Senior/Access discounts are applicable to campsite fees. Cardholders must present their discount card at check-in to be eligible for discount. Discounts are only applied to a single campsite. Group discounts are not available unless separate cardholders are occupying every camping unit. Seven Points campers must first check in at the Seven Points Entrance Station (GPS address 6256 Seven Points Road, Hesston, PA) prior to occupying a site. Operating hours are limited and vary depending upon the season. If the Entrance Station is closed please follow the procedures posted at the Entrance Station. Check in time is 5:00pm. Check out time is 4:00pm.

Reservation campers should be prepared to provide their registration number and name to the attendant, volunteer host, or ranger.

Campers will receive vehicle passes, a site permit, a copy of campground rules and a trash bag at check in. Check-in only takes 5 minutes typically, but on weekends and holidays campers should be prepared for longer lines and limited space at the Entrance Station parking lot.

NON-Reservation campers are not permitted to enter the campground or occupy a campsite until a reservation is made. Site information and availability can be provided by the Entrance Station attendant and the National Reservation Recreation Service. To guarantee a campsite and a save your time and stress—an advanced reservation is highly recommended.

Visitors wishing to visit a site for the day should coordinate directly with the site holder to obtain a vehicle pass. Visitors who fail to display a vehicle pass within a camping loop area are subject to enforcement.

Seven Points Recreation Area is subject to all rules and regulations defined in CFR Title 36 Section 327, but a summary of campground rules is provided at check-in.
 

To make your camping trip hassle free here are a few tips that will help you plan a truly enjoyable vacation.

• Reservations are required to occupy a campsite. To guarantee a site, make an advanced reservation!
    
• Due to terrain and vegetation, some sites cannot accommodate larger trailers, RVs or do not have open space for a tent. Specific site information regarding size, shade, proximity to water, hook-ups and other amenities is available at the reservation website.
   
• Parking can be tight and not all sites can accommodate more than one vehicle. Encourage carpooling or plan ahead to park in an overflow area.
